When we first spoke to Brandon at Fresh Start Auto he asked what type of car we were looking for (Toyota Rav4) and checked out credit options. Once he had us qualified for a loan Brandon had a couple of Rav4’s to the lot that were within in our price range. We were able to pick the vehicle we wanted and then Brandon actually got us a better interest rate and lower monthly payment on our new car. Brandon was very helpful in all aspects, even going as far as to give us information on how to improve and build our credit. I have been driving my Rav4 now for a month and love it. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fresh Start Auto. I had to roll a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7 and they provided me with a special program that allowed me to do that. My sales representative was Brandon Locko, through his professional guidance I was preapproved and the cars they had on their lot were very nice, high blue book, low mileage, brand name cars, like Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. I literally bought a car in 1 hour. This was so different than the old car purchase experience. This company has a comfortable feel and friendly atmosphere. With the waterfall in the lobby and the husky dog who strolled through now and again, I felt like I was at home.
